    • It's wild that in the past, SJ and Tamayo would still be in our college teams. Instead they're developing against overseas pros (while making bank). That's good progress. Anyone against this is alam mo na.

Even Kai Sotto. Did not even set his foot in college.

        • Where is Roosevelt Adams right now? Is he still playing in Japan?

How about Jordan Heading, where is he now? How come he isn't playing in the B-league? Is he still injured? Sayang si Heading, I like him playing for Gilas becoz he is such a very good shooter.
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

Roosevelt Adams is with Yamagata Wyverns in the B2 while Jordan Heading is still recovering from his injury that sidelined him from the recently-concluded World Cup.

Personally think no one in CSB is good enough to be an international import but no harm in trying i guess

Maybe its just me, but SJ looks to have slimmed down. Looked noticeably bulkier when he was in Ateneo

Maybe to add more to his speed and lift.

It's in the EASL where he's getting substantial playing time. He got 18 minutes per game in the EASL, with less imports to compete with. His lowest in that tournament was 16 minutes.

And he did get ample opportunity in the first 11 games of the B.League season, 18.4 minutes a game. At saka, he has this foul problem. Once he gets into foul trouble, he's benched for the rest of the game.

But still, he signed a 3-year contract. Let's see na lang. But, maybe signing with a contender didn't bode well for his PT. SoKor would have been better.

                              • Tamayo isn’t in a position to demand anything. Robina Gokongwei doesn’t own a pro team so it’s not as if Tamayo can do a Bolick and sit on his savings. As far as his team is concerned, either he does what he’s told or produce now without this typical Pinoy mentality of wanting minutes without earning them. I can’t think of 6’8 22 year olds in the B.League, they’re probably doing the Watanabe/Hachimura route of playing D1 ball or struggling for minutes behind B.League imports. You can’t call the PBA an inferior league and whine why isn’t one of most promising young players playing behind 2 black dudes and 2 white dudes in Japan with significant D1 and professional experience.
