If so, can you describe the hoop scene there especially for young fil-brits. Maybe also europe if you have an idea. It's interesting how few prospects we find in the continent.

Not as many as in US and Canada…. Well here in UK, there is the Edu brothers and two youngsters in national youth team system in Wales’ side one is surname is Navarro and other I forgot… Quality wise the level is well below the US of course. And there another one who is currently training with Real Madrid basketball academy…
