we can still get QMB and Sage to play for us during the Asian games, and if the sbp had brains they would be part of the naturalized pool. Having QMB, Sage, and Ange as options is a great scenario for us, and they could be exempted in the future too. So, SBP should help sage and qmb with their passports soon because it is going to be much cheaper to get the ineligibles.

Al Panlilio and Ricky Vargas must fully focus on the managerial and marketing side of the organization because of their corporate background and hired a person or group of people to handle the Technical and the Program Development side of the realm but unfortunately this only one of those NSA who had no grassroot development program to brag about moving forward, Same issue with our Baseball and Mens Volleyball team, whom I haven’t seen nor read on any news or platform that they are maintaining a youth team as of the moment. Kudos to PFF, we had the ADT team to brag about despite being tag as the Lemon Team in the international level for now, it cannot be denied the seeds and the foundation our Football leaders are doing to make sure that in the very near future our Mens Football team will be one of the top dogs as far as FIFA Asia for Men are concern in the same breath during Paulino Alcantara days and that Pre War Era wherein our booters are one of the most feared squad in the region.

What really irks me,is Tab didn't really turned his back on the program,he knows he can't do double duty,he had planned laid out both Dickel and Jong will coach a series each. This proves that Jong was medically cleared and fit to coach at that stress level. But Tab has to be Mr Nice Guy to the wrong guy and once again Chot usurped the position away from him.

I mean isn't that glaringly obvious.

At least this whole run from 2007 up to present was a fun roller coaster, while it lasted. Sulitin na natin, we might never again see the kind of successes we had in 2013-2016 in our lifetime. At the rate things are going, we might struggle even in SEA for years or decades to come. We might experience the same downfall we had in men's soccer, from contenders in Asia to the punching bag of SEA.
The thing is, though, most of the useful PBA players are old or aging already. When they get too old for FIBA play and eventually retire, I think only Scottie, Oftana, Malonzo, and Perez will be the useful PBA players remaining.
There was a time that the PBA had many good FIBA players, but that was before. Now, they're old, and only a few can truly succeed that generation. And most of the better FIBA prospects are going abroad. Better that way, especially for a Will Navarro or Justine Baltazar, since I don't know if the PBA can truly develop those kinds of players. Maybe Yeng, maybe Pido, but that's it.

Listen to CTAB, on Youtube of Noli Eala. Players availability was a issue. So Al Panlilio was correct and Homer news was a lie. Thats not mean getting Coach Chot solve the issue immediately. Eventually the 3 months plan will be enough for us. For me it may not be enough and wasted the 4 years of prep time.

Vargas says that Filipinos going to Japan is hurting the PBA and the training for the national team.
I do think that that might affect attendance in Gilas training before the windows, since they'll only arrive two weeks before the windows. But for tournaments proper, the overseas schedules fit the FIBA calendar better.

Still, Chot's probably the best (certainly available) PBA coach in FIBA that will help ensure the availability of PBA players. We won't get PBA players under Tab, or even Nenad, anyone who's not really in the inner circle.

So According to Tab, MVP and Panlilio already talk to him, so it's up to Chot now if he wants Tab on his coaching staff as he is really willing to help.
Tab said he didn't want to pressure Chot but its up to Chot if he wants him on his coaching staff. But with that statement he just put Chot on a situation where he can't refuse or else the fans will sure go berserk. The ball is on Chot now.Last edited by amabeast; 09-17-2022, 10:28 AM.
