    We always will choose a player if his 6'6-6'7 compared to a 6'1-6'2 most specially if they have the same talent and capabilities. And yes if you saw Danny in his prime prior to injuries, even the imports who guard him cant even stop the guy from scoring.

      I will always choose a 6-foot-7 player over a 6-foot-5 one, that is, having equal skills, athleticism, speed & basketball I. Q.

            Danny Seigle is slow.. his defense will be exposed by koreas offense.. his slow release is a problem against china, the reason he was injured that late on training prep is he tried to go back on his college days by being a mobile wing...But he can be a threat if he bring another dimension for us as a "Stretch 4" replacing the bruising but offensively incapable (in asian elite level) Eric Menk
            To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..
            1 Big 4 small > 5 out offense.

                El Khatib & Bahrami weren't quick either, yet they are considered legends in Asian basketball.

                Agree with you, defense was Seigle's Achilles Heel.

                    Hahaha! Sorry bro, I take all things seriously.

                    I think the height disparity between the Malonzo-Parks-Thirdy trio and the Pogoy-Belangel-Montalbo trio is significant.

                    Let's just say nalang, I would take a 6-5 Malonzo over a 6-3 Sean Anthony. I would take a 6-3 Parks over a 6-1 Pogoy. I would take a 6-1 Bolick over a 5-foot-11 Belangel. The height disparities aren't that much.

                        Prime pa naman yan of Kai, AJ, Tamayo, Balti, and Dwight. Add An NP and it is half of team already.

                        The other half, I hope they would build around the core.

                          The thing is, we need to get as many wins in the 2027 World Cup qualifiers so that we can qualify for the tournament proper. In the current 2023 World Cup qualifiers on the other hand, we need not to win as many games becoz we got automatic qualification being one of the hosts.

                              And the 2027 WC qualifiers start in 2025. We need as many holdovers from the 2023 team as possible, so that kahit papaano, may chemistry. The core guys will just help in integrating the new guys.

                                Dont blame SBP....I thought SBP under Pangilinan did decent. Pangilinan did a lot of good things to Philippine basketball. His only fault is putting Panlileo as head. Panlileo doesnt have balls to go against the PBA. Blame Panlileo.
