BTW I'm not saying B league is better than the PBA., I'm just saying our top players should not settle playing domestically but should play in overseas leagues, obviously the better quality level ones , the better
Secondly P 200 m annually for one of 12 PBA franchises is gross negligence of use of resources, especially if that same amount is not even the budget of the national federation for development purposes. This is insane poor governance of available funds.

Thirdy didn't improve his shooting, Kobe look worst than ever, De Llano bros unforgetable stints. Best player is Parka but really don't see too much improvement.
Then your proposal is good but not logical. Do you want like Kiefer situation. First he will play 10 months in a year. I thought players need off season training. If his team go to playoff he will finish B. League by May then PBA for Jun to Aug then October start of B. League. Is that logical and ideal.
Do you think a company spending 200M and above will let their Top players play in only one conference. I wish someone here have 200M try this strategy if it will make business sense.
You complain of imports having short time to be integrated in a system in PBA. So what is this then.
I don't mind if players play in other leagues but doing this seems not ideal and is illogical.
While 200M spent by PBA may look huge in Philippines settings, in US thats around 4M USD....I presume most Asian Leagues teams spend more than 4 million Dollar per year....So its not as if PBA teams lang gumagastos, other Leagues also spend a guge sum but still they allow their players to play in ither leagues after their season is over

Again how will you recover some of the cost. Can you calculate financially how PBA will not lose more for less games.
We are not USA, purchasing power are not the same. There are alot more people here lives with less tham 2 dollars a day. GDP is no where near Japan and US.
So spending 200M is a big expense for companies.

Imagibe Baltazar facing 4 imports day in day out on Japan...
