but the thing is, in terms of height/genetics they are superior, but i doubt these kids will develop to the full extent given the basketball environment of the country.
not legally possible in the Philippines. you can only be naturalized not less than 21 years of age. thats in our law, so no going around it unless we change it.

i am actually confused with this. if its an exemption, it means even if we do the process again and again, it doesnt mean it should be allowed. if it will be allowed multiple times, then its not an exemption but a hole in the process.

Administrative naturalization too. The fee's expensive though at P100K.

oh, that's nice to hear, but for sure there would be certain sectors of society which will be against the naturalization of kid prospects makabayan ehem

oops so i guess only an act of congress could make naturalizing kids prospects possible, which involves too much political capital

we are not naturalizing kids. we are going to naturalized 21 years old persons who actually established residency here.

point taken, important thing is, the kids grew up here and learned/developed their skills in the country, which is a big plus for FIBA exemption

                            • So Coach Chot DDO that won Jones Cup 2012 and defeated Team USA by Pick N Roll isn't really different. We upgraded in height.
                              LA Tenorio : RJ Abarrientos 6'0" (2.6-3PM)
                              Jeff Chan : Jordan Heading 6'3" (3.8-3PM)
                              Larry Fonacier : Dave Ildefonso 6'6" (2.0-3PM)
                              RDO : Carl Tamayo 6'9" (1.4-3PM)
                              Marcus Douthit : Ange Koaume 6'11" (0.5-3PM)

If i were New Zealand i would tap my Team A.
