Lady luck just punished us for our stupidity & better that way!! Philippine basketball deserves this embarrassment in the SEA Games. We need this kind of humiliation to get better. Frankly, the only players I'd take from the PBA for the pool are Kiefer, Oftana, Perez, Bolick, and even Japeth and June Mar. Apart from the Gilas draftees (Javi, Mamu, Shaun, Arana), the rest should come from elsewhere.Comment

my stance has not changed. why would you get someone from PBA if they can only be lent 2 weeks before a tournament? availability is the best ability. CCR used TNT for familiarity, that did not show when pressure was on the team. so you need more than 2 weeks, regardless who your players are unless they already have chemistry which will only made while playing together over extended period of tournaments.Originally posted by IPC View Post
