Huge credit to Coach Chot. He handled the interview very well and answered most of the question marks for this window. Of course, actions speak louder than words, but from what was being said for the time being, it is safe to say that developing players would still be the main focus. Like I said in my earlier posts, there is no reason why SBP can't call up our B-league boys. With Dwight arriving tomorrow, we could maybe expect the Ravena Brothers and other B-league guys. For the circumstances, Coach Chot seems to be doing a okay job so far.

He also said that Tab is here in the Philippines, would love to see Tab as part of Coach Chot's staff. For now, Coach Nenad and Coach Jong are the two coaches who are part of his staff. I am very happy that there is also coordination between gilas and the UAAP/NCAA, maybe we can see Tamayo and Balty back. Things are looking decent. Hoping for more good news in the coming days.

On the other side. If all players materializes.

That will give more pressure on Coach Chot.

He will have a significantly better lineup talent and paper wise.

So he better get desired results. Coach Tab did it with a weaker lineup

To be fair he's not wrong. Everyone is now waiting for him to eff up hahaha.

If Tab really wanted to step down they could have gotten some interim coach for this window for the young guys since we don't need to win anyway and name Chot as coach after.
