none of the forwards seem comfortable taking 3s too, mostly the midget guard got that liberty, typical reyes trademark, would've been nice giving them that liberty early on since other countries are doing it esp Korea which just beat NZL. It's not the same system that could develop a Dwight, Baltazar or Tamayo

A better coach and mentor would have curbed Caelum's attitude, and would have had a Plan B if Plan A goes to shit.

It's one of main things Tab drils on the Gilas teams last year. Discipline. Something the Reyes duo lacks (like asking our players to shoot on our own goal or the unpopular line of "HIT somebody! Put somebody on his ass!")

I kinda sense now why DDO Sr not coaching the friendly game with Korea. Avoiding further losses and humiliation.

I know that and for me, it's a very wrong system for this age group. You are teaching these kids even at an early age not to be patient and to be individualistic hence we suck on team games.
