tbf he's 16, he has time to fix his attitude. he shouldn't be considered for the seniors team at least for the next 4 years. he could at least emulate francis lopez, not kobe paras lol

I'm not too deep into gameplans but surely the fact that most possessions end up in ill advised contested shot is mostly a coaching/practice issue instead of individual. Kanya kanyang biyahe as they say, idt this batch has much guidance coming into this tourney

fully expected for bahay to be not as good during the first game. he's small so he'll struggle against bigger and better competition. caelum, on the other hand, is probably worse now than during the kuwait game. expected him to bounce back now.

A better coach can put some sense on these kids mindset. This is where veteran high school or college coaches come in handy.

For all the expensive coaching clinics abroad and business class trips, none of those taught Josh how to manage the personnel itself. Coaching is about managing people's personalities much like any managers in any field. He simply lacks the communication skills to be an effective coach.
