We dont know if this is 100% truth.
But Jayden Harper will be really nice.
Imagine Caelum, Harper, and Lopez at the Wings in the Future.
"Harper and Edu have conflicts in sked. If we make the U17 WC in Spain, I think they’ll be available na. Let’s see."
"When we qualify to the U17 World Cup, we hope that both Edu and Harper should be available already.
Mahmood is already here.
CJ Amos has been here for a week already."
Just information for those who are not members of AJ Edu FB GroupLast edited by mathematicianrcg; 05-06-2022, 06:48 AM.

A lot of Pinoys are saying we are lacking Height especially in the Center or Bigs pos.
They want to have 7 footers, or at least 6'10+ in U16!!!.
They are maybe used to Kai and AJ batch.
Well, yeah. But We can just play 5 out. We have Tall Wings actually. Sir enzo said that we have a lot of 6'5ish wings this time

It's not only coaches that have an inflexible conception of positions, even some fans. Thinking the 4 is big, when a lot of fours are actually "tweeners" and even wings like Tatum and Melo, in addition to traditional fours like Malone, Menk, Oakley, Danny I. Center as well. Look at how Carl Tamayo and Justine Baltazar are used, they're still used like fours, even if they're lined up at center.

But with players like Caelum, Femi, Harper, Amoses, Gamber, Domangcas, Basti, Gemao, Demisana, Salvoro, Mahmood. Maybe, just maybe we can apply proper small ball this time.
They will surely play DDO though to be inclined with senior teams. Hays, It will be a waste if Bigs will be an Abanger. Just make them attack from Outside na lang

Some Rumor Sources Update:
According to one source who have a connection with Mahmood. Mahmood is dominating U16 practice, and being considered in U18 too.
Also stated that Gemao is very impressive.
And also mentioned that there are 4 Shoo ins for U16 now.
Andy Gemao, Zain Mahmood, Caelum Harris , and Basti Reyes
------
This is just a rumor thing coming from a source of friend of mine lol. You can take tgis with a lot of grain of salt. Hahahaha.
But not that impoossible actually. I expected the mentioned 4 kids to make the lineup

Enzo Flojo said Jayden Harper and Femi Edu are likely to be available if Our U16 can qualify us to U17.
Hopefully we can qualify U17. So we can confirm JH eligibility. And ofc to see Femi and Jayden play wearing Gilas uniform

In all honestly, I'm much much more excited about our stint in this year's FIBA Asia U-16 (U-17) & FIBA Asia U-18 Championships this year than the SEA Games basketball competition. I would like both our U-16 & U-18 youth teams to make it to the world level.
As for the SEA Games basketball, I see nothing significance (as in nothing at all) winning the gold medal in a competition where we would be ranged against patsies. Patsies who are easily massacred in the Asian level, as in the case of Indonesia.Last edited by JAMSKIE; 05-12-2022, 07:28 AM."A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game.
