yeah, but easier said than done for Ryukyu and KCC that's why i am being conservative that at least split the games against stronger teams and sweep the weakest Macau, but ideally they should sweep either one of Ryukyu, KCC or New Taipei for better chances for final four

Or split the games against Ryukyu and KCC but beat them huge margin to get better quotient points.. it's hard to beat them especially in their homecourt...

Well they can play against higher caliber teams in Aus, GLeague or Spain like what happen to AlRiyadi. If they will win in EASL

Nope... That is just another professional league representing ballclubs in East Asia.. they trying to be like Euroleague... But the latter is already established for decades.. the BCL is the real qualifiers for intercontinental cup.. Al Riyadi placed 4th last intercontinental cup.. BCL have bigger stakes, they also included teams from Indonesia, Thailand, Mongolia and some teams in middle east... For now, the best Asian ballclub today is Al Riyadi..

Well, if not Cousins, there are many former NBAers are now free agent and need job to continue their careers.. SMB is so rich that can tap huge names.. Miller is not worth to be their import... They can even hire Thon Maker, last time he played for Al Riyadi... Thon Maker is an athletic big guy that can play both offense and defense... He can also compliment with Junmar....

Edit: Maker was signed for Houston but for Exhibit 10 contract... That means anytime Houston will release him if he's not worth again in NBA.. if free, I hope SMB tap him for this EASL...

As reported earlier, SMC is now vocal about spending so much money in their PBA teams

i do but not here in forum but in other platform.. i even made fun of tab in other platform.. of course i want our pba teams to do well in international tournaments.. hope PBA is open for foreign coaches for local coaches to learn from and grow and improve..

besides what’s positive about pba nowadays? some of us here want to pba to change me, IPC and others wants change.. we ran out of ideas of things for pba to improve. you content and happy what is pba is doing and you don’t want our suggestions for pba to improve things..

we want the league we grew up to catch up with other leagues and be better.. we can be the best pro league in asia but we stay stagnant..

Thought of this, Hope ROS wins a title and represent us in EASL.. want to see CYG system in EASL.. CYG was unlucky with the preparation thing with RPNT but this one a club team that he handles for years. for sure it won’t be a problem with a right set of imports to complement the system..

It will be a disappointment for SMB if they will lose even against either Hongkong Lions or Macau bears... Both don't have depth since their locals are not good.. Yesterday, Macau imports and their naturalized players played heavy minutes, they can hang on against Meralco in the 1st half but because of fatigue, they ran out of gas in the 2nd half... They can't afford to deepen the rotation because their locals are obvious disadvantage....

Tell me when I didn't call out PBA about their rules. I just add a prospective of viability as the main reason for them not be able to do what other want like going regional. It is nice but not viable at the moment.

Back to EASL, you complain that SMB does one on on which is true yet you don't see how KT did the same. In fact, SMB has one more assist than KT. Who is bias now.
