If we implement 2 imports, look at Japan not having any good big men. Even in guard lineup its thin with Immamura and their PG being players with qualities.
FOR meralco, Ibeh will play like 30 mins living 18 mins for Almazan, Bates and Torres in Center position. We might end up like Ryuku no quality bigs.

Hugh watanabe was ready, he is evidently taller than raymond and Brandon bates..and he was serviceable now compare the first time I saw him in japan nt..To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..
1 Big 4 small > 5 out offense.

Look at Ryuku, how many time does you think one of their import wont play their major minutes if not injured?

We need good to great Big Man? As this is our weakness
PBA, KBL, TBL, VBA, IBL
Despite Kai and Aj, Kouame is still one of the better options as import, Gilas is also still looking for a big man import rather than a forward\guard scorer which is another hole that needs to be filled

The rest of the leagues are just up and coming.
Also include China if that is your categorization. They do produce better center than Japan.

Yes China does, and their big men regularly are scouted by the NBA thats why I don't include them, but none of the centers you mentioned are world class or would replace an import if they had a chance, if the KBL truly produced good imports then their national team would not have problems in the center position and not consistently naturalize big men. Yes Japan does not have world class big men. My point is the two import system isn't the problem IMO with developing world class big men. Heck countries with more imports in Europe and America produce better big men. What is missing to produce world class big men, probably size, athleticism, skill etc. but I don't thnik the two import system is what holds these countries back.
KBL do produce Asian level thats why they can compete with NZ and other countries. Japan dont even have an Asian Level center.
I am just saying looking at B.league, having no opportunities for Centers will not bold well for them in the long run.
