It's not worth over analyzing these tune up games. The whole purpose of it is to build chemistry, that's why a lot of teams don't play much defense. But once the actual competition starts and the stake sets in, that's when you start seeing teams in a must win mode.

I think montenegro is just shaking off their jetlag and also using this scrimmage as a stretching/warm up exercise
