This Stefano Tonut 6'4 is very underrated, he's like a supercharged Dwight Ramos
And their smallest guy, he will ajck up a three rom anywhere and hit it.. not from top to bottom this guys shoot their threes well need to know their tendencies
To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..
1 Big 4 small > 5 out offense.

I'm betting JMF will get almost no PT against them.
7'3 - Kai Sotto
6'10 - June Mar Fajardo
6'9 - Japeth Aguilar
6'9 - AJ Edu
6'6 - Jamie Malonzo
6'4 - Dwight Ramos
6'4 - Bobby Ray Parks Jr
6'4 - Jordan Clarkson
6'5 - Calvin Oftana*
6'2 - CJ Perez
6'1 - Scottie
5'11 - Kiefer Ravena
6'1 - Chris Newsome
- Last spot will be contested between Kiefer and Newsome.
- Oftana's spot could go to Abando, Thirdy, or Pogoy depending on how stupid Chot is while making his final 12 selection.
Too bad we weren't grouped with Venezuela and Cape Verde....
Japan might be 0-3 in their group phase but for sure they can beat these 2 in classification round that will result into 2-3… long shot but chances of japan will depend whoever Asian teams will not make atleast 3 wins in classification (or an Asian team make it to the 2nd round)… I also hope that Argentina should be here rather than Venezuela

Cut:
Roger Pogoy
Thirdy Ravena
Rhenz Abando
Abando for either kiefer or newsome… atleast abando can shoot 3s to save Gilas perimeter shooting… and too much guards in that final 12… or don’t be surprise if pogoy make the cut
Damn… the lower bracket side is too tough… Finland and Latvia might not make it to the 2nd round despite very strong team… on the other side, weakened Greece and one of SSD or Puerto Rico will make it to the 2nd round, thanks to weak side of upper bracket plus many begged off players to play for this event…
I notice how Latin American teams struggle alot against European teams. They rarely win against these teams. Sometimes, the scoring margins are even ugly. This is to think that they have so many playing outside their domestic leagues.

When did we ever have more bigs than guards?
Only difference now is we have less sub-6’0 guards and more 6’3-6’5 guards.
We are running a DDO system after all.
Not really high on Abando as he can’t dribble drive without losing the ball.
Well Robert should prevent reverse jinxing China.. I dont think Puerto Rico isnt far off New Zealand although believe pr has more veteran guys and South Sudan is raw on the shooting side of things

NZL is not that strong to be compare to Puerto Rico… that is the weakest version of NZL that China beat (even this current gilas team can beat this NZL today) and one thing, china didn’t face any Latin American teams yet in their preparation games.. maybe they want to hide their cards especially against PR or they don’t want to be exposed their weaknesses vs more athletic teams… this is Chinese weakness, they can’t keep up against athletic teams such as Latin American teams.. their 2019 version is much stronger compare today (even they add Kyle Anderson)… their 2019 version composed of generational player Yi Jianlian, their best wing players Ding Yanghuang and Abudurexiti then their best PG in China Guo Ailun… but lose to mid tier Latin American team Venezuela at home… PR is twice better than Venezuela today… while SSD is also athletic team that China doesn’t want face it.. they keep up against Brazil that is same level as PR already… and SSD is the strongest African team qualified in the World Cup… The other 4 African teams can be beaten even by Jordan and Iran today…
