As expected, Phil Arena for foreign visitors is unacceptable and not appropriate. It's an arena that possibly can be filled by Pinoy fans who live locally.
Again whoever's idea that was , is ignorant of the realities of the world outside the Philippines. Let me guess no ticket sales for finals LOL
meanwhile package ticket sales for Okinawa are sold out . Go figure..

In 2014, Seville held their fanzone right smack in the middle of the city at the Plaza de Encarnacion under the Metropol Parasol where people can just walk through and at least experience a bit of the World Cup even if they won't be watching. If they only planned to do something similar at 5th and 28th in BGC, (which is somewhat in the middle of the reclaimed area of Pasay and the Araneta side of Cubao) that open space will take care of itself. Now their problem is chartering direct flights from Okinawa which don't exist unless you own a private jet.
