We will have a World Cup roster of whoever from the pool Chot likes, 5 or 6 PBA All-Stars, Kai and Jordan Clarkson while next year's PBA Philippine Cup will be simultaneous with the World Cup as those PBA players involved will be doing a Troy Rosario attending 3 practices a day leading up to the World Cup as there will be more fans watching a fucking Ginebra game than Team USA vs Poland/Czech Republic because the tickets will be like 10K for an Upper B seat. It was only one window in which the college players of Gilas like Tamayo, Baltazar, Kouame, Dave Ildefonso, RJ Abarrientos, SJ Belangel didn't play for Gilas becoz the UAAP was ongoing, and yet Chot Reyes was saying that many of those players as well as those B-league players no longer wanted to play for the national team. Yet during the 3rd window & the recent 2022 FIBA Asia Cup, almost all of these players mentioned (except those who were injured) suited up for Gilas & they are expected to suit up in the 4th window as well.
