From what I saw in the video highlights of Dwight Ramos, he isn't just tall & athletic, he also looks strong. And to think that its a video highlight when he was still in high school, when he was around 17 or 18.

Comparing the body motor of Duremdes & D. Ramos, parang malaki ang pinagkaiba eh.
I'm not sure where did you get that information, During his college days, he was averaging almost 30 points per game, He's not only a shooter but a slasher and dunker during his UAAP days. He looks skinny because his body is like palapad. And saw him many times in Adamson Gym extending hours working out. Watch him many times how he slash and had pasabit with some bigger buys like bryant punzalan, dennis espino others...

That is based on what I saw watching him play in the PBA. Duremdes is very athletic & is a slasher, but I think his body motor is that of a small forward. Dwight Ramos' body motor, on the other hand is that of a natural shooting guard, in my opinion.

Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

Power Forward? The "fat man" plays under a run and gun system and makes most of his points on fast breaks and perimeter jumpers. He can post, go to his left or right, stop on a dime, catch and shoot. Yeah, he should cut it down to be effective.

The context of your post is hes too heavy to play defense. Makaka-laro ba ng run and gun and full court pressure defense ni Manong kung hindi yan mobile.

Full court press is different from guarding the perimeter. He himself said he needs the weight so he can bang in the middle more. I said he has skills. But until he loses weight I dont think he will be a good perimeter defender against wings and guards.

Let UE get a naturalized player. And let Pasaol lose weight and slide to the SF.

It was UE management's decision not to tap an import, maybe this is why Pasaol was allowed to keep on the weight so he could moonlight as a PF. Had they opted to get an import, Pasaol could have played 2 or 3.

A press is a full court. The perimeter is part of the half court. In a press your man is usually not yet in a position to score. In the perimeter he will score if you lose him. I don't know what to say to you. Okay you win. Fat boy Pasaol can guard the Ricci Riveros and Desiderios of the league full time. Happy now?
