Yes. I know this is a knee-jerk reaction but at this point, the prevailing rules/policies of the league - the major ones that instill parity - are no longer working to its design. I'd rather see the big teams test themselves more in the EASL if the detrimental practices (farm teams, trading of no. 1 overall picks for "a bag of peanuts", etc.) are to persist, and also since PBA is currently active there.
