Its like battling a war with a 3-to-1 edge in personnel, battle tanks, artillery & aircraft. Even lousy generals & officers could win such a war.Last edited by JAMSKIE; 11-08-2021, 10:01 AM."A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. We need our players to have playing time to develop and be confident. If we throw out the limit on fil fors then some players will not develop. Just like bigs in B League
The issue that I have with the Fil-foreigner rule is that FIBA eligibles (Parks, Wright, Gabe, Kelly, shouldn't be included in the limit. They deserve a chance to grow alongside homegrowns so that we might be able to use at least some of them in international competitions. Our best FIBA eligibles should be given chances, whether homegrown or overseas-based or with foreign blood.

But yeah, I get it, for the sake if neutrality & objective analysis, this trade seems not going SMB's way.
But who knows, SMB has other things in mind. Maybe they're planning to get Roosevelt Adams or Malonzo to their fold. Either Adams & Malonzo are good stretch-four or combo forward."A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Yet Daghlas passed the 6-foot-3 height limit PBA set for Asian imports some years ago"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Actually it is like a delayed 3 team trade between SMB, Northport, and Phoenix. They got:
SMB: Vic Manuel
Phoenix: Sean Anthony, Manganti, SRP
Northport: Arwind Santos
Hmmm. imo, SMB lost this trade. The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 5 characters.

Are we seeing the end of the original RSA boys? Age is slowly creeping up, and news of player movements within the SMC camp are dominating social media almost every week. Greggy boi, Japeth, now Arwind. Among the next batch, only CJ is secured. Standhardinger seemed like he doesn't want to be a lackey. Iskati and Calvin seemed still relevant, but making news for the wrong reasons tho
They now need the likes of Malonzo, Munoz, Bollick etc to be herded soon.

At least SMC listens to Coach Tim. Or maybe they also fear of losing Coach Tim Cone. Hehe. After all, he is the coach who snapped Ginebra out of 8 year Title drought.

About the trade, Ginebra gave up a damaged goods for an improved one."A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game.
