Cabagnot (40) should be the first to be worried. Lassiter (34) and Ross (36) have many playing years left with them.

    • I dont get this trade for SMB. They traded Arwind who is probably the only guy that best fit Junemar's game since Arwind is a good passer on the post and a good stretch 4 by PBA standards. Also, Arwind is in my opinion, the most untouchable player on SMB's roster aside from Junemar. Unless Arwind is back in his old ways(benta) thats why they traded him. On the other end, Manuel is a bad spacer as a 4 since he doesnt have that much range in his game and usually gets his points thru post ups. Nonetheless as long as MVP group will still have an advantage against them its all good for me.

unluckily for SMC, many of the best fits to the game of Junemar are currently under the MVP staple (Kelly, Troy, Erram, Belo, Hodge, Quinahan, Miranda to name a few).

Belga could be a good fit next to JMF, but is already old and I doubt ROS will trade him for peanuts, outside Arwind and to some extent Japeth, SMC seems to be allergic to the concept of the stretch 4

Even the Perez trade left me scratching my head until he played well within SMB's system. Parang talent over fit na lang ang mga trades ng SMC, e. Tapos bahala na lang ang coach on how to make them fit.

Yeah exactly. Unless Moala can exclusively be a stretch big and not post up anymore, theyll have problems with spacing thats for sure

Even before naman, SMB's trade are kinda head scratching, sure they won a couple of championship but its more on the talent they have than the fit and the system of the team. May Terrence and CStand ka ba naman coming off the bench eh talagang kahet walang system theyll beat less talent team even if that team has great system.

There was even a twitter post by Snow that Arwind is really close to his ninong RSA so he should be untouchable. So this seems surprising.

So no one is safe when you're with SMC. This dates back to the James Yap trade to ROS or even the Danny S Dorian and Dondon trade to Air21.

Yup. Coach Leo will be having a hard time with their plays. Mo and Junemar nga nahirapan na. what more adding another post presence.

Yeah thats for sure mahihirapan talaga siya especially if Junemar still struggle with his game, tas import pa ata nila more of an inside guy.

The Manuel-JMF combo is like having Scola and Yao playing together in the post moneyball NBA (07-11 Rockets)
Both of these guys are probably in the 6'2 range. I'm surprised SMB made the trade. This doesn't make sense at all.

Is Phoenix now officially a farm team?

Nah, Northport traded Vic. Phoenix got Anthony and Manganti.

                                Jayjay retired safe.

Caguioa I think will be safe. Lol.

Tbf, both of them have no value now.
