I dont get this trade for SMB. They traded Arwind who is probably the only guy that best fit Junemar's game since Arwind is a good passer on the post and a good stretch 4 by PBA standards. Also, Arwind is in my opinion, the most untouchable player on SMB's roster aside from Junemar. Unless Arwind is back in his old ways(benta) thats why they traded him. On the other end, Manuel is a bad spacer as a 4 since he doesnt have that much range in his game and usually gets his points thru post ups. Nonetheless as long as MVP group will still have an advantage against them its all good for me.

So no one is safe when you're with SMC. This dates back to the James Yap trade to ROS or even the Danny S Dorian and Dondon trade to Air21.

Originally posted by CoJ View PostPBA officially lists Vic Manuel and Arwind Santos as 6'4. Arwind can play both SF and PF and has range which compliments Fajardo's interior game while Manuel is redundant for SMB as Fajardo plays the interior. The Manuel-JMF combo is like having Scola and Yao playing together in the post moneyball NBA (07-11 Rockets)
Is Phoenix now officially a farm team?
