OK na ang two-conference, e. Come on with the height restrictions. I'd like to see taller imports in the 2nd conference.

I hope there's room for the FIBA Asia Cup (qualifiers and tournament), OQT, EASL, and FIBA WC qualifiers when they came up with the schedule.

10 months is freaking long for 22 elimination games and maximum of 30 playoff games per team, and to think the league will not give way to the 3rd window and the OQT, having a long season will just expose this players to covid especially that they will implement a semi bubble format

Sana naman, kahit EASL man lang. WC qualifiers, well, we're already in the WC. We're just fighting for FIBA ranking. Plus, we'll only need to send youngsters to the windows.

I heard PBA might scrap 6'10 import ceiling for second conference.

They will go for a 6'5 import height limit.

Wow. Sino dominanteng import pag ganyan ang height ceiling?

Are you kidding me? Brownlee won Best Import in the SECOND conference. The one with the 6'10" height conference. He'll do fine. Why give only a 6'5" height limit?

This explains the significance of having special Gilas draft.

probably for SMB so JMF wouldnt have to face/be guarded by tall imports, historically SMB struggled in the commish cup ( thoigh they were the previous champs)

This is favorable for the SMC teams. As we all know SMC teams holds the best bigmen in the league, the only way for the other teams to compete with the SMC teams is to get a bigger import that can match against Junmar, Japeth, and now CStand. Now that they are going for a smaller import in the second conference expect an all SMC trophy for this season.

But I have a firm belief, ROBERT BOLICK is GINEBRA-bound.

                          Trust me.

                          • Will it be considered a grand-slam for bgsm if itโ€™s just 2 conferences? 🤔

I guess this is as expected. Thatโ€™s the point of the gilas pool right? If thereโ€™s conflict with the pba schedule, sbp will default to the current pool. We are just seeing the manifestations of the goal of having less reliance on pba.
