Well, as a Ginebra fan.

I will say Slaughter to Ctand is a Huge Upgrade.

Cstand Japeth Combo is deadly. And Your Preferred Quick Bigs Frontline.

And My point stands that Ginebra is stronger than SMB.

Especially if Ginebra get Cstand.

As for a rookie. I dont know. Maybe Coach Tim dont see anyone valuable in a late pick.

SMB, Ginebra, and even Magnolia is an extent doesnt have rebiilding years.

I'd like to think CS is the Batman and Japeth is Robin sometimes..and a background character some times.

But they could play next to each other

Come to think of it, Stand and Japeth sounds quite like a modern frontline. A versatile big and another mobile big. mathematician has a point, they're kind of my dream frontline, the 4 standing 6'8" and the 5 standing 6'9". Actually, they have kind of a modern big rotation. Stand and JDV are versatile, who can handle, pass, and drive, and in the case of JDV, shoot. Japeth is mobile, and a nice PnR option. Caperal is a stretch big with a good touch from outside. Brownlee na lang kulang, and they're probably the most complete team I've ever seen. I hope they'll be able to test their mettle in the EASL.

Here's a take on Stand, one of the few positive takeaways. The positive takeaway is more of a tactical analysis on Stand, not exactly the politics behind the trade.

But he should not lie if he wants to not play this season.. He can tell frankly ala Vic Manuel then it should be finished already the issue.. MVP has an intel if Parks' statement is true.. That is wrong move on part of him.. The question is why he lied about his current status? Sabihin mo nian na "buhay nya yan, career nya yan" But he's a professional.. Don't ever lying to your employers, especially to your Boss.. That's not good.. Criminal charges din kasi yan, or so called "Perjury", because he lied in a professional work/job, especially to your boss.. I think you will agree to this one...

to be fair, as what i posted earlier ang halang naman ng bituka ni BRP kung kaya nyang gamitin sa kalokohan at kasinungalingan nya yung kalusugan at buhay ng nanay nya.

Id rather wait until all the facts are out before drawing conclusions on the “lying” part. At this point, this is just an accusation. And parks not defending himself in public on a social media war and taking the high road is winning me over. Tasteless posts are the worst.

Last PBA bubble, I'm one of guys here defending Parks, even i questioned guys like Pogoy because he doesn't pass the ball sometimes to Parks, Even the awarding festivities when he was snub even in Mythical 5 selection.. I appreciate his talent, But he should also careful what he should do off the court.. Tama lang naman ginagawa nya na he should be silent because if he talk to the media eh lalo lang gugulo.. Wag lang sana umabot sa punto na he will revoke his license because of "lying" incident.. Even that Perjury case is only a minor case and bailable but this is could also possible instance that MVP camp has a case to tell GAB to revoke his license.. Bad thing here is if he wants to play overseas, He can't get that clearance because SBP is under MVP group and TNT clearance also.. I hope it will resolve well.. Parks and his camp/agent should go directly to MVP ASAP to solve this one and not go to this one into court.. Talo sila dito because you know who big connections MVP is in political world, especially likes of Sen. Gordon (Ateneo alumni) and Sen. Angara is one of MVP's allies.. walang siyang laban against MVP if this case will go on court battle..

In my opinion, jumping to conclusions at this point especially that we’ve only heard one side of the story is unintelligent. Like i said, id rather wait until all the facts are out.

I really hope this issue will be resolved. Parks will be an integral part of the 2023 team. I envision the team to have Clarkson, Ramos, Ildefonso, Tuffin and Parks as guard-wing players of the team.
