Oh, my God. That's been a big problem for TNT. If they get too talented, they tend to suffer from chemistry problems.
that's why Yeng Guiao or even Aldin Ayo would rather have unheralded/ role players, less egos to deal with.Suddenly Leo Austria is looking like a genius by being able to manage the egos of Marcio,Terrence, Ross, Arwind and Cabaganot (though in fairness, managing egos of shperstars is a rare skill)

              • To be fair with TNT, they where having problems with Ray ray’s contracts since last year pa(reason why he only signed 1 year for them) but then again, medyo pakielamero din kase tong TNT eh. There’s a reason why MVP wanted him in Meralco during the draft because obviously his ninong can control his sort of diva attitude. Ayan tuloy sumabog sa kanila. Too much drama for MVP group.

                  • Kinda uncharacteristic for a top brass to go to social media and post that. Not only is he virtually burning bridges with brpjr, he is also effectively decreasing the player’s value. In business and team management perspective, this is so poorly managed especially compared to how Chua handled the slaughter mutiny.

That Greg trade was still kinda lopsided, even if Chua did maximize Greg's value. But, we never know. Hindsight might say that the trade is even.

Alfrancis tirade against Greg was a show of force, you don't cross long hair whereas, MVP just destroyed BRP's value, which will definatelt backfire on TNT, damage done already, BRP would probbaly want out of the MVP camp (as he always wanted)

Chua was able to “justify” that trade because they didn’t undermine slaughter’s value. They let him train abroad and sold him on his height and supposedly improved skill. What mvp did was exposed brpjr’s attitude, effectively putting a warning label on the player that he is a diva, even a liar—something that no amount of training or improvement can overcome.

74 years old, must be that time of the month? kidding aside, he's probably felt betrayed and fed up with BRP's attitude
