Parks for Slaughter value wise okay kasi need ng TNT ng big but player wise come on. GS is already in his 30s and Parks is just starting to be on his prime years. If this indeed happen, idk anymore. TNT just dont know how to sell its assets.
If they will trade Parks it has to be for Standhardinger not for Greg. Lugi sila diyan. They better get a big in Maurice Shaw and retain Parks. Why is does that TNT players have an inner circle type of mentality? Pagmga long tenured na talagang mabusisi sa mga baguhang salta (just like in real life in working corporations, it happens din pala in a basketball club.). Sows.

It's hard to root for MVP teams nowadays.
Nlex - Yeng overvalues role players too much, when in PBA star firepower is what they needed to win a championship.
Meralco - same thing with NLEX. Does not know when to go all in. They have the assets to get a guy before like standhardinger, terrence, Parks and then Perez (whose maybe on his way to SMB).
TNT - always goes all in. But when push comes to shove and when the going gets tough. Ang sisi, nasa baguhang salta. Seniority, long tenureship is all what matters.
If SMC teams did not have a reputation on being selfish with Gilas before. You'll admire how they move and build a franchise. They are like the Celtics and Lakers movement wise. Knows when to collect assets, knows when to sell and trade, and they always go for the star players without trading their good ones. MVP group just plain sucks. I lost interest with them already.
Hopefully Rain or Shine can get a gem like (mikey williams, or malonzo or munzon) next year. I think they are the only one's who know how to do and build a team to consistently challenge and contend. Sadyang naghanap lang ng greener pastures yung mga ininvest at dinevelop nila (Paul Lee, Almazan etc.) But they know what they are doing. Hoping the best for them.

Remember how smb traded dondon,Danny S, Danny I, Pena, etc. If they already used you, and you are not the same olayer you was once, then you will bean asset for a trade.
TNT has a chance to do it after their perpetual trophy run. They are aging back then. They should have traded kelly, Rdo, alapag, ryan reyes, fonacier, dillinger that time when they have large value.
SMC, panget man pakinggan, ay tinatapon ang player na wala nang kwenta after nilang pakinabangan.
Bad. But this is the only way to be successful for decades.
If you ate playing MYGM in Nba 2k you will understand this. You will trade the old players while they have value, you must trade th to future stars. And if that future stars became old, they will be traded again. The process is just recycling.

Maybe that explains why TNT is hoarding a lot of guards this past weeks.

Baka mamaya si Castro na ang itrade niyan? Just kidding. Hope they find a way to get no non sense players. Hardworking and Laro lang in C-stan or a Mac Belo. Maybe yung mga ganyang laro eh hindi itakwil ng old boys club. I wonder how RR Pogoy went to untouchable. Pano niya nakuha ang loob ng mga oldies.
Could it be star players/ entitled mentality (terrence, parks) = no go for the old boys in TNT
Hardwork/Gulang players (Pogoy,Troy) = a yes for them
If that's the case why not they pursue Manuel or Abueva, tignan natin kung mabully ng old tnt boys yung mga yun. Hahaha.

Celtics,M iami Heat,Golden State,Spurs build a superteam to win straight championships.
Same thing with Pba. SmC in the last 5 years have won all championships. I cant even remember the last time a non smc team won a championship.
And Junmar to ginebra is not impossible if smc decides to go with ginebra.
Also it is not impossible to put Cone and brownlee to San Miguel if smc goes with san miguel.
We all know magnolia is the least priority.

Some will consider LOWRY,KAWHI/SIAKAM as big three. Danny Green and Marc gasol are solid role players.
Yeah they are like dallas 2011
Dirk is the only star there. But others consider a very old jason kidd and a 6th man hason terry to be a big 3 with Dirk.
Anyway, Dallas beat a healthy talented superteam in miami heat. Toronto beat a injury golden state team
So Dalls is still first, toronto second when it comes to getting a ring without formung a superteam

Bobby parks + Pringle in ginebra tho, backcourt of the future. With brownlee as their import will make that a really big and skilled backcourt--all 3 are 3-level scorers (can shoot from outside, drive and finish, and with good mid-range game). Front-court rotation of japeth-devance-dela cruz-tolentino should suffice for now but won't hurt to add another big man. CS would fit nicely.
