Jummar can get the best of both worlds... He can play in China from Nov to March and then on his off season play during Commish Cup or if SMB can ask the PBA to have the Phil Cup during May to August...

No its not. That is equivalent to 1.4M dollars per year. That is the salary of a fringe player in the nba.

Junmar being courted by a Chinese team? being offered 4× his current SMC salary? how true?
Sound interesting, but I highly doubt the news, maybe 99% fake news.
This coming season, only two teams which ranked last two have the rights to own an Asian import, and both teams have already confirmed their players, which was Iran's Yakhchali and Palestian's Sakakini.
Btw, from next season, CBA start not allowing asian imports.

The news came from a very well known "chismosa" gossip columnist. So, it's probably fake and made up. A lot of Filipinos easily fall for this kind of bait news. The fact that a lot poster here take that guy so seriously baffles me.

Manila-Cebu: no necessary papers needed. just go back and forth whenever you want. Manila/Cebu-Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou: different countries, cultures, different laws and it will really be hard to adjust. chinese government is strict on papers of entering foreigners in their country.

Well, dude has a high batting average on his predictions/rumors. Maybe because his info come from real insiders and some players themselves. He's got network, not very deep but enough to know things. You can call him reliable and few people would disagree.

At times, it is the other way around. Kumukuha rin ang IBN ng scoops ni Snow for forum consumption.

Ay maganda yan para wala nang pahinga si Junmar. Junmar will play 14 months per year moonlighting in the CBA & PBA

Magaling pa naman mag utilize ng talent ang SMB. They would utilize a talent like junmar to the hilt. Wala nang pahi-pahinga
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

Goes to show that SMC is not the only evil empire here. Blackwater is their farm, so Parks may be Meralco-bound. Amer and Newsome on the go?

                            • IT seems having an NBA pedigree is becoming a norm among PBA imports.
PHOENIX is the latest team to ride the trend, tapping the services of Alonzo Gee in a bid to turn its campaign around in the Governors Cup.
Blackwater coach the least worried about dip in Ray Parks scoring. He explains
Gee is already in the country and will take the place of long-time Phoenix import Eugene Phelps, according to a team insider.
The 32-year-old Gee had an extensive NBA experience having stops at Washington, Cleveland, Denver, Portland and New Orleans.
Phoenix management however, said it will stil reassessed its stand whether to replace Phelps or not.
"We'll assess him (Gee) first," said a Phoenix insider.
A product of Alabama, Gee is the latest former NBA player to see action in the season-ending meet after KJ McDaniels, and Martin Harris
The TnT Katropa are currently on too of the standings with a 7-0 record, whlle the Road Warrios occupy second place with a 5-1 mark.
Phelps has been with the Fuel Masters since the 2016 Governors Cup under former coach Ariel Vanguardia.
While he may have had success with the franchise, Phelps has struggled of late as the Fuel Masters tumbled to a 2-5 (win-loss) record.

Another Import from the NBA that would make it three players this Governors Cup

                              Harris
                              Gee
                              MCdaniels
