Hi analyzed, what kind of work you do for Wellington Saints?
I think this is good for the ABL league. How I wish the PBA expand or merge with ABL

there is actually significant implications to Kiwi playing opportunities and the depth of quality players in the rotation for each team. here is why
Assuming Kiwi passport holders can play as locals for the Saints , ( that's easily 10 job opportunies right there)
Additionally if the heritage import rule is reinstated as suggested ( I think 2 per team) , that's essentially 20 new job opportunities for Kiwis.. 10 teams x 2 players - The best 100 Filipinos play in the PBA , so there is not much left in terms of quality of Filipinos to take up the heritage import roles. While the New Zealand NBL does not play or is not scheduled from Nov to March of the ABL , so no conflict. So essentially all those who Kiwi players who don't play in Europe or Australian NBL ( about 20 ) can play in the ABL... for around ( 30 jobs) ...
From a ABL level perspective line-ups will look like 2 open imports ( normally American), 2 Heritage import ( maybe kiwi) , forming a competitive first 5, (most cases superior to a PBA All Filipino lineups) , then balance of team are locals from the teams home based country (e.g. Vietnam) . , Obviously the benches are not strong... or of a good levelNBTC- Team New Zealand - Camp David: vision "To provide a basketball Pathway for Filipino Kids in NZ while building men of character and leadership. He has shown glimpses of ability to drive and has really strong upper body but not enough to be another potential SF candidate. He will likely become an Arwind 2.0. He has really improved his 3 point shooting tho.To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..

I think Caloy Garcia has done a splendid job at ROS.
I dont think ROS has an All-Star except maybe for Yap (who's already going downward). They had a Gilas player (Almazan) who wanted out since last year. And the balanced scoring with Caloy's system. No one dominates the ball like a Castro for TNT, Fajardo for SMB. It has led to two straight semis appearances. Caloy looked like a genius when he selected so far the steal of this year's draft, JV Mocon.
Now they have 3 first round picks for next year's draft.
