To whom will you trade GS?
CONSISTENCY is what TRANSFORM average into excellence.

      • Sad to say but Greg has little to no value at this point in time. He 's like the Greg Oden of PBA. maybe when he clears waivers someone will gamble on him for his sheer size alone. Im not counting him out to make a real comeback but his injuries seems too chronic for another decent run.

Imagine if the Gin Kings picked Ian as the number 1 pick instead of Greg. A frontline rotation of Japeth, Ian and Joe would have been lethal.

Kevin then asked a Filipino to be his assistant, unfortunately the filipino coach is commited na sa PBA, mas mahal kasi bayad sa PBA and San Miguel

It seems Cone is still optimistic Greg will be back. But De Vance is actually Cone's most important player. He is the one the allows Cone's teams to play big or small without surrendering mobility or height. But De Vance is deteriorating. It seems his foot injury has slowed him down. The hole in Cone's system gets exposed without De Vance or with him slowed down. His lack of shooters is exposed in Gins. Whereas when De Vance was quicker he could play some SF and he could create spacing in the half court set or run the break. Now De Vance is a shadow of himself and so is Ginebra.

They want to take it slow with greg as him alone makes them contenders, they dont care if he plays 10 games as long theyre winning..

He will always have trade value.

He is the only one who has the size and skill to make junemar work both sides.
