What happened to Arnold Van Opstal? Have we seen the last of him? Was he still with GBP injury list?

Although, a player with that size and above average athleticism is still marketabke in Philippine basketball landscape. I will be more surprise if no teams got the interest on him if he was indeed released by GBP. If Ballesteros had made a career in the PBA ,for sure AVO can.have a long career albeit perhaps underwhelming.

Maybe they should also call up our veteran FIBA referees like Bong Pascual to this committee so they can provide insights on how the PBA can help Gilas players adjust to international play. Also, for how long will this committee be meeting? I don't see the active head coaches making time for this.
