I think Cruz will stay with TNT and see if he pans out. If NLEX was really his destination, this trade would have been the best time to do so since they won't need a conduit anymore to facilitate the trade between sister teams. Otherwise, if Cruz will go to NLEX later on, they have to find another trade deal with a non-sister team to make this possible. -

More than a sweetener, actually. I'm guessing TNT would end up at best, 4th overall for the season, meaning ROS gets at least a 9th overall pick. Imagine if they fall even lower, and end up with a top 6 pick, you know ROS got the upperhand right away.Originally posted by reamily View Post

The Texters have added Kris Rosales to the package of rookie Sidney Onwubere and their 2018 first-round pick, in exchange for Cruz.
