I'm loving the trade for Meralco and TNT. Meralco is in win-now mode. Now's their best chance of winning it all. They got the vet to push them further on and off the court.

On the other hand, the aging TNT just got a hell lot younger, which I'm assuming is what they've wanted.

Big moves after big moves. MVP is reinforcing vets to NLEX and Meralco. Both teams need to win to create their fan base and market.

But SMC for sure will make some deals. Some fanbois are creating Abueva to BGSM trade fantasy.

Meralco has been overachieving this past few conferences though I doubt if these moves will be enough to dethrone SMB. Unless JFs weight gain and heavy minutes finally takes it toll SMB is still the team to beat

Lo they are already 7 years as a team a mvp team(which you have resources) they should be contending lol.. super underachieved last conference and tanked in all filipino..

Yeah but if you look at their roster then compare it with the SMC teams and even TNT it's obvious that theres a huge gap in talent. They have resources but not much in actual basketball assets. They have some solid rotational guys but outside of Amer and Newsome and maybe Dillinger they dont have enough star power

From the MVP stable, Meralco has the best chance of winning the conference. It will still be a long time before TNT can regain their dynasty form.
