The more logical perspective (at least for ROS) is to give up someone like Belga (who's getting the max) and perhaps a second round pick of ROS this year for KIA's second pick overall. The question is if KIA will bite.
Another option is to swap picks (KIA gets #3, ROS gets #2), and ROS gives up a second round pick or a role player (Teng, Tang). That would allow ROS to get Rosario and pair him with Almazan at the slot.

What I do think will happen is KIA will retain their rights to the 2nd overall pick and draft whoever's left between Tautuaa and Rosario. Imagine their regret if TNT opts to draft Rosario as the top overall pick and miss out on the Fil-Tongan. As such, they'd probably wait after the draft if they intend to make a move. Retaining Rosario would be the best move for them in terms of potential, skill and cost.

Ahh jewel can fit to ROS system. He's a yeng guiao type of player.
