+1. Toroman's style is just too militaristic for the superstars of Petron, and it could turn out for the better if Toroman were to be given the ABL team all to himself so he can run the show there.

well, i seriously think he is overrated...and the things i think a coach has to value the most - team chemistry, locker room cohesion, player/coach relationship, in-game adjustments - are the things he lacks. yes he is a great basketball mind but that's it...remember coaching has to be more than the x's and o's. and the most important thing is that the players have to believe in their coach...or at least respect him...i doubt the petron players do.
