I think it is more of replacing Ayo than letting Arana go. I might be wrong tho.

Does no one mistaken BJ Andrade as Danny Ildefonsos son? Converge is tanking.. but all the converge players from arana up to stockton are bulldozing phoenix players.. the conditioning of these players are impressive..no one will be surprised if they come out strong by next season..

Another good game from the PBA. When teams are serious PBA games are clearly the best in the country. Years of farm teams and at times collusion between sister teams have erroded the fan base. But its talent is still miles ahead. Its also a pity, now there is actually parity in the league. TF defeated GSM and almost defeated SMB.

I think having more provincial games may lead to higher PBA revenue.

More provincial games = more gate attendance
More gate attendance = more gate revenue and exposure

Agree. If only Arana has a decent mid-range jumper like what Dennis Espino, Danny Ildefonso, Don Allado had, I think he can be serviceable for Gilas at least in the Asian basketball level.

So he's in the same category as vic manuel , too undersized to play 4/5 at the fiba level

This is another reason we need more conferences with bigger imports. Arana needs to learn how to play PF at least.

i think it's more viable if the weekend games will be played in the provinces as a test run, if more provincial games will be profitable and just let the wednesday games be in metro manila

I wonder why PBA never did international Pre Season Games. Something like PBA Motoclub is doing. Similar to NBA vs Internaional Clubs as well. Can increase international viewership and international interests. Teams wouldn't need to spend too much money as the sponsors would cover literally 80% or more of the costs. International pinoy teams could roster a team of ex-PBA players, former collegiate players and ligang labas legends.

For example back in 2022 PBA could've held a game in NZ and went against:

Snow just confirmed in his podcast what I've heard for months. Holt is eventually bound to Mags.

Few days ago, I heard despite the strong start of Terrafirma, that Holt is eventually headed to Mags.

Snow posted a rumor today that most people are assuming that it’s Holt to Ginebra or SMB. But afaik it’s actually Mags if they dont change plans. (Remember, Stanhardinger was bound for Mags before heading to SMB/Ginebra instead back then)
