Speaking of Yap, he"s about to sign with blackwater, so i guess Magnolia’s grudge is still there despite danding's death years ago

James Yap is about to write a new chapter in his illustrious career with Blackwater. A week after mutually parting ways with Rain or Shine, the two-time PBA MVP is expected to sign with the Bossing, sources told Tiebreaker Times. Terms of the deal aren’t disclosed yet but Yap is also inking an endorsement deal with […]

tax free is key here (if he can play 10 games in average of 20 k)and a mpbl team or chooks can give him 200k.. that covers up the 300k with converge..even with won game bonuses
To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..

He's 39, and he only scored at an elite level in his peak (and he hit 40%+ of his shots for only 5 seasons, 2 of which were past his prime), nothing else. That ability has faded now.

I missed James Yap's so called prime. But watching him in San Mig Coffee's 4-peat run I couldn't understand why he was being compared to Patrimonio. Yes he was clutch. But he wasn't played much because of his sub par defense. The only reason Lassiter wasn't owning him every time was Yap was allowed to use his hands a bit on defense.

                    • Mac Tallo has squandered his second chance at a PBA stint. The prolific 6-foot guard from Cebu was terminated by Converge on Wednesday after being caught playing in an unsanctioned game in Cebu last week. The FiberXers announced the development on their social media account. “Following a thorough investigation, it was confirmed that Mac Tallo […]

Or any NP for that matter.

Tyler Tio was a naturalized citizen, and he was allowed to play as a local. At the very least, give NPs like Brownlee, Douthit, and Ange a full-time roster spot.

Ange's offensive game has developed in France, though. Averaging 10 points in 20 minutes a game.

He has a hook shot, and can finish with his left hand. If he develops further offensively, he can be the perfect center in our setting.

                              • Its looking like Berto and BGR are headed to TNT while Galinato, Aurin and Tungcab are the most likely to be shipped out coupled with a draft pick or two. Blackwater still discussing with Cariaso on who they will let go being the conduit team to facilitate the Bolick trade, they are trying to get Rosario to NLEX but Cariaso is opposed to the idea of trading Troy.
