He says that imports play a shit-ton of minutes because:
1. Imports that are tired are still better than their backup.
2. Given that conferences are short, there's no incentive to manage their minutes. There's more of an incentive to derive as much value as they can.
I'd want the conference format to change, but how can that be feasible in this case?
