i think i was able to read a rumor somewhere that some players of SMB were somehow critical of AVO's preference/lifestyle/attitude in and out of the locker room (looking at you Arwind)

wow, didnt know that this was the reason why he was let go of Gilas, i just thought SMB didnt gave him clearance to join that batch of Gilas (he was SMB's gilas draftee 10 yrs ago)

Navarro is a PBA Gilas draftee, so I wonder what Panlilio and the PBA have to say about that.

The PBA shouldnt be afraid of this. We have many more young guys coming in. Many of the rookies have been doing well so far. Only a few from each batch will go international. The rest and the Fiba ineligibles will be more than enough to drive the PBA.

Fans doesnt care if PBA become second level (although they want to see guys play in pba even in all filipino)..

PBA just needs to adapt

Yeah, fans will still watch the PBA. The league and its teams just need to adapt to the Ian Sangalang/RR Pogoy-level talents (usually pang-PBA lang) being its best players, and make them into PBA stars. Plus, the best players going overseas are opening up jobs for other lower-tier players.
