(Exclusive) In an Interview with Local Station ; Eng. Tarek Zu'bi the Ex-Federation President declared that he won't be Back to any Position in the Federation .
Chaotic Situation !
Zu'bi talked about the Current Chaotic Situation in Jordanian Basketball since 5 months without any Action till now , and if anybody in his Crew committed a Sin then he should be Questioned Not Freezing the Whole Game cause of some Administrative Problems which can be solved easily by assigning temporary Committee till the Official Elections .
2.5 Million not 14 !!
2.5 Million Euro in 3 years were spent on the National Team Not 14 Millions as Our Lebanese Neighbors said before , while they Spent the Same Amount in 3 months this Year in addition to 500 K Euro to get the Wild Card .
FIBA Asia 2011 Should be in Jordan !
FIBA Asia Federation promised to Compensate Jordan the 2009 FIBA Hosting which went To China by Giving Jordan the Right to Host FIBA Asia 2011 , the Official Qualifying Tourney for London Olympic Games 2012 . in FIBA Asia 2009 Jordan NT Won the #rd Place after Iran & China and Qualified with them to FIBA World Championship 2010 in Turkey .
Reaching the World Class is Just the Start
Zu'bi Said that Reaching the FIBA World Championship and being from the best 24 NTs in the World should be the Start of For better Basketball in the Country not the Final Step as Some people Tried their best to Accomplish !!! Zoubi Criticized the Opinion that Jordan is Going to Turkey 2010 for the Participation Honor only but We did our best in the last 3 years to reach this Goal and Enshallah the next Federation will Continue in this Path .
Palma With Zain & NT Was a Right Decision
He continued that Mario Palma the NT Head Coach being with Both Zain Club & the National Team in the Same time was the best Decision , and this was one of the Main Reasons of our Success Reaching Turkey 2010 , and the Olympic Committee Should Continue on this Path and Respond to Zain Club's Letter about the upcoming Future of Palma with NT & Zain .
1 Generation we need To Reach World Level
Mr Zu'bi assured that if we continue with the same hard work we can reach the World Class level after a Generation , and contradicted the Opinion of Changing the Current NT Squad with Young Players in the Preparation for London Olympics Qualifiers 2012 although we have such a great Young Basketball Base for the Future .
New Perspective for Basketball from Now on
We Should strengthen our Weak League and enhance the Basketball ambient to get back the Fans to the Courts , our Media should Look and care about our Sports and especially Basketball the first Game in Jordan's History Qualifies to the World Championship !
Professionalism Era Has it's Two Faces !
Zu'bi Replied on a Question about the Professionalism Era since 2003 that this Step has it's Negatives and positives , one of it's Positives the Improvement we realized in our Results whether in Clubs or NTs were we reached the WC10 & U16 NT reached Asia U16 Quarter Finals & Zain Club Success in Asia and Middle East .
