I'm not sure why Qatar opted to go for Hayes when they're already loaded with capable forwards. If they were serious in being contenders, Chauncey Leslie or Targuy Ngombo would have been a better choice as it gives them a player who can play the 1 position more effectively. I'm not saying Mansour El-Hadary is a bad player but I think he's the only player in the team who is a pure PG and his size makes him a liability on defense.

Could it be that they're hoping to have Hayes replace one of their big men who are mostly aging?

seems Hayes took part at least in 2nd game vs TUN (think rumours about Ngombo as import are false)
    Thank you very much sir.

But even if Neptunas would be using it's best squad, this team which will play against Qatar is still stronger as it has best Neptunas players + other decent LKL players and Zavackas from VEF, while if Neptunas played with 2nd team, this LKL selected team is few heads above it. It really well balanced, has experienced PG like Alijevas, decent shooters like Gailius, also guys who can hustle in the paint like Urbutis, Vasylius, Zavackas. All of them not only played in LKL, but had stints in Italian, Russian, Greek top leagues. I'm not too familiar with current strenght of Qatari NT, but I'd guess that this LKL team will beat them
    thanks for the information mate..
