Finally found a quality picture of Hayes in a Qatar jersey. Last time I saw him play was with the Nets as a teammate of Yi Jianlian.

I'm not sure why Qatar opted to go for Hayes when they're already loaded with capable forwards. If they were serious in being contenders, Chauncey Leslie or Targuy Ngombo would have been a better choice as it gives them a player who can play the 1 position more effectively.
