Jimmy Salem despite having a bad game had 17 pts and 5 rebs
Gerrad Hadidian 16 and 9 rebs
Izzat Kaissi 14 pts and 5 rebs
Albert Zeinoun 12 pts , 5 assists and 10 steals

hey dani just a little correction :
    Albert Zeinoun 17 points
    Gerard Hadidian 16 points
    Jimmy Salem 15 points
    Izzat Kaissi 14 points

Albert Zeinoun also got 10 steals and 5 assists and scored a killer 3 point in the last 26 seconds where lebanon was behind by 1 point ....
besides jimmy did not have a bad game he played excellent but the whole team played in a great way that the score was divided among different players and that's what we need ......

and heres the link for an exclusive interview for sports-leb.com with Coach Joe Moujaes after the win!

he said that the game was tough, but they knew how to control it, after they switched their defense to full court press, which hurt the Iranian team a lot, and then our Lebanese players got some crucial baskets specially Mark Korjian who came off the bench and scored 7 pts in 2 mins followed by a huge 3 pointer by Albert Zeinoun, and then Jimmy got foul and 2 FTs made, and finally Gerrard got another foul and secured the win by scoring 1 out of 2 FTs!

    GO LEBANONNNNN!

Sounds like it was a very tough game for the youngsters. I look forward to reading some write-ups and opinions.

    Lebanon wins 73-69 over Iran!!!!

Very proud of the boys, despite the huge difference in preparations btw both teams, we could've still beat them!!! and the good thing is that we beat them by 4, which means we have now the upper hand since we lost to them by 3 pts in the first round!

    GO LEBANON!!!!!
