Ha ha ha... Two american teams are joining forces now and they even wanted to go to the finals together. If that happens then this tournament will now be called "FIBA ASIA-AMERICA." Honestly, these two teams are good and are still the best in Asia but the motive is just what is bugging me. Even though they could they opted to make sure of that by placing american and foreign imports just to win this tournament. Even though i do not like middle eastern countries IRAN for me has the most honoroble team.
“Thus saith the Lord GOD; When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the people among whom they are scattered, and shall be sanctified in them in the sight of the heathen, then shall they dwell in their land that I have given to my servant Jacob.”
Tommorow will show the depth of Iran's squad. With both Samad and Mehdi likely to be out, players like Akbari are really going to have to show their ability.
