    Quotient system
    Korea +13 (won by 13)
    CT -7 (lost by 7) won by 2 = -5
    Phil -6 (lost by 13, won by 7, 13-7=6)

We had a close shave. Whew.
I think its the winner over the other rule. And if the quotient is done, a big win over kuwait will cancel the win over korea. Too bad CT lost.

quotient won't be applied. it's the winner over the other rule

if they win by Korea today by 2 points:
        -7 + 2 = -5

        -5 > -6 C-Taipei would have been no.3
ah ok, thought you included today's match as well.

i don't think korea played to win or lose because, win or lose, they'd still be in third place

Now, to continue playing what if...

... What if RP wins over Kuwait tomorrow... and...

... What if Jordan wins over China tomorrow (not a remote possibility)...

Then RP could be facing China in the Quarterfinals...

if jordan wins then jordan is better that china, so we get to play against the "weaker" team...

i hope china won't intentionally lose this one just to avoid playing against their brothers in taiwan

The mainland Chinese are cheering for the Taiwanese.

                      No replay on the dunk.

korea may have a good record now in the Fiba asia tourny but they're always getting pawned in some highlight reel plays(baguio sick cross over and this)..lol peace...
Ten candles stand burning in a dining room. A strong breeze blows
in through an open window and extinguishes two of them. Checking
back in on the candles later, you see that one more candle has gone
out, you shut the window. Assuming the wind doesn't extinguish any
more candles, how many candles do you have left in the end?

After the close losses by Taiwan i think i'd want to cheer for them now. Such heartbreak games! Taiwan vs. China is also very, very interesting

But seriously, Taiwan's media usually refers to these 4 players as the "F4": Chen "Flight" Hsin-An (absent), Lin "Beast" Chih-Chieh, Tseng "caveman (Ok he's not referred to as such in Chinese)" Wen-Ting and Tien "Warrior" Lei. Sorry no soup for you Wu "Ha posterizer" Tai-Hao.
