    Only 12 points?
I never expected this, I thought it'll be another blowout! (no pun intended)

anyway, props to UAE keeping it close! Props to Jordan, with your current streak, you have a big chance of making it in the World Champs.

I hope we dont meet in the quarters

you probably misread my post, I said that was what their trainer told our manager. The bottom line is that you deserved to win that game because you played better.
and don't worry about your game with Iran, a "strong" team like Jordan should not have any problem against a "weak" Iran team who is playing "so average"

by the way I thought you might be interested in this piece. I was reading a Persian sports daily where they interviewed Iran's team manger. he said that he had talked to Lebanon's trainer(not coach or headcoach) and he said that "we lost to Jordan in the first game due to our own weakness not because of Jordan's strength" whatever that means ........
good luck with the future games

If you check the Jones cup + past 3 games of Jordan, u'll see that their scoring average from first attempt is around 15% - 20%

the scoring average from second attempt is around 60%
and the scoring average from 3rd attempt is around 15% - 20%

This is why I don't think they will be able to win over Korea/Iran/China if they don't have better shooting percentage.

Unless their sizes under the basket still were able to snatch those huge 2nd and 3rd attempt shots.

Anyways, we're just spreading opinions here, the only way to realize what's right from wrong is to wait for Jordan vs. China on wednesday.

our shooting % was good in jones cup and the first 2 games of asian cup
its just this game where our players were jerking off alot and being arrogant
lets not make a big deal out of it, iran bearly won over taiwan
qatar won over india by 25 pts iran also won over uzbekistan by the same margine i guess..its all about arrogance
