C'mon guys. Stop bragging about the past.

I think the only reason we won those medals at the time was because only a few teams, USA and the Philippines among others, actually knew how to play the game.

Today, the level of competition is much tougher.

Hopefully the Philippines will one day regain the gold. And when that day comes,

agree! in addition, basketball has evolved and different strategies were formulated by teams to beat one another

I will be the first person here to brag and rub it in everyone's faces.

Wow, I didn't even know we rank 2nd when it comes to total of winning FIBA, not to mention the absence of our presence recently. I guess we're not so bad after all, coz everytime I read other nations trash talkin' RP team it sounded like we're just pieces of crap with some crappy basketball, I almost believed them. Anyhow, I wish we cold improve more so we can get more international titles.

Well for me, we must work hard on maintaining that 2nd spot. Our basketball officers must be aware of this and I hope that they don't send Amateur players in international competition anymore. Well except if it's a simple competition, why not send our team B.
