West asia(4 teams) :Lebanon,jordan,iran and syria.
East asia(5 teams) :Chine,japan,south korea,Chinese taipei and Hong kong.
Gulf ( 3 teams) :quatar,Saoudie arabia and kuwait.
Middle asia (2 teams) :Usbekistan,kazakhistan
South east asia(2 teams):Philipine,malysia.

Jordan, Lebanon, Syria etc... should go recruit the Jor/Leb/Syr - Americans in the US to play for them. Go to Michigan, you will find many. I am sure some of them play ball.

In this day,every asian country try to make her teams in a best performance to get ready and qualified to olympics.

Jordan:Naturalized Rasheim wright (played with mouttahed at lebanese league with an average pts:30.1).

Syria:had joined 2 new players (Andre Chweiri and Edwardo farhat)

Phillippine:i heard about this team that he's a dream and have a fantastic players,about me i don't have any informations about phillippine.

Lebanon:A very good team,have a good payers,had qualified 2 times to WC .

Quatar:Also a good team,have a good three pointers shooters.

South korea,Japan,chine.................

who's the asian NT in your opinion will have a chance to qualified to olympic games.

About me as lebanese,i hope Lebanon qualified to olympic games,but it's not so easy,our league have not finished ,2 clubs will participate in 2 different tournaments this month .Lebanese NT will not begin his campaign yet like jordan,quatar....

since 1990 only 4 times they sent their best available players. 1990, 1994, 1998 and 2002 asian games. they finished 2nd, 4th, 3rd and again 4th after losing to korea by a point(freak buzzer-beating trey) for the right to face china for the gold medal in who would have thought, korea. they defeated twice the world champioship bound lebanon by a ragtag team hastily formed 3 days before the match. and they only saw the B team. lebanon's coach once said during an interview "you beat us twice but who's going to the world championship?" the world watched the world championship unfold expecting to see the best team without knowing that there are countries who are a lot better just watching on their tv sets at home.
