By the way donmar, rommelc and joel23 are the same person, dont you think? Read another thread about best ever asian basketball player started by joel23, you will see what i mean....
Yeah... I think they're the same person too Joel23=rommelc... but I also remember somebody in this forum accused Joel23 also using Lebron23 in other forums... and I do recall some guy here also recently used a Lebron23 name ... is this a case of multiple account... if Stuart finds out... this could led to suspension or something...
who could forget a win of toyota(a ball club in philippines) over the reigning and defending super power yugoslavia national team ....(i don't know what year)
This thread should be about between Asian countries not Asian country vs European or America, etc... who gives a shit about Toyota winning over Yugoslavia.. that game was between pro club and an all amateur national team... that was the time when the PBA was the only pro league outside the NBA... and that win is nowhere a @#$%ing upset...

As far as what the South Korea NT head coach JAE-HAK YOO thinks, it's Korea's loss to Gilas in last year's FIBA-Asia Championship semifinals.
Perhaps he thinks that his team is so much stronger than the Philippines that's why he couldn't take such defeat. Notice how after the game he didn't congratulate & shake hands with the coaches & players of Gilas? That was a clear display of gross arrogance & unsportsmanship right there. Then during the post game interview he said like, the Filipinos were just lucky to hit those 3 pointers while his players couldn't hit theirs. This poor coach should have looked at the stats sheet of the game to realize that his player Kim Mingoo was 5/11 from 3 pt. range & that in Korea's previous games (vs. China in particular), their shooters were not shooting that well either (even worse). So it was not as if Korea did not play its "A" game vs. Gilas.
Upsets are really the most agonizing defeat a team can absorb. But a coach or a player should not be so consumed by it to the point that he abandons ethics & sportsmanship.
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV
