What if Mar didn't go down as VP of PNoy? What will political landscape would be? I think PNoy that time is not ready to handle a country, I think he should run as VP first than running for president... PNoy will might beat Binay for VP in a landslide fashion while Roxas can beat Erap and Villar for presidency.. I think it will wise move that time if they not rush PNoy to run president at 2010...

Noynoy only became relevant due to the death of his mother in 2008. LP capitalized on that event which led to the anointed son winning the elections in a landslide manner. Delaying his candidacy for the presidency will only do harm to his political image would be cold by 2016 as Cory magic would have been irrelevant after 6 years. Noy was at the right moment at the right time in 2010.

Edit: Noy would beat Binay for VP in 2010 definitely, LP will milked Cory's death to ensure Noy's victory. But i doubt this will help Noy win the 2016 presidency

These dumb people conveniently ignore or forget how Imelda lived a lavished & luxurious life specially during their reign in the Philippines.

And these BBM & Inday Sara supporters think that they are going to bring about big changes in Philippines governance.

My worry is that we might be too beholden to China under his term. The US might not trust him.

Luckily he didnt inherit the brains of his dad. though this could mean that those around him will just pull the strings. I'm going to put my trust now in our democratic institutions, i think that's the best thing to do now.


Side note, wow 3 straight elections with the same outcome for the LP, i guess their campaign cry since 2016 only worked for a niche market.
