I read from an article that the contract has an Escape Clause where if the lockout should end, Barbosa can return to the Toronto Raptors.

Barbosa was a valuable sixth man last season.

If the lockout ends, his contract with Flamengo is automaticly broke and he returns to Toronto.

Yep, I don't see him playing a full season for Flamengo. Things are still uncertain, but the NBA will figure a deal sooner or later. He will at best play a few games of the NBB.

He's playing the South American League in november. Also, Flamengo will try to have him to NBB finals if the Raptors season is over before (he would be fa anyway).
