Pablo Prigioni, Manu Ginóbili, Andrés Nocioni, Leonardo Gutiérrez and Carlos Delfino(injured) have all confirmed they wont play. Luis Scola is the only of of them that always plays for his team, my respect to him.

Error 404. Lo sentimos, pero la p?gina que busca no se encuentra, algo pudo haber pasado con la direcci?n o simplemente no existe. Intente de nuevo.

Julio Lamas stated that Andres Nocioni will not suit up in the Americas tournament. Lamas also stated that he wishes that Paolo Quinteros will rejoin the national team.

Yes, they are those 3-5 players I mentioned that Lamas will test. Scola will probably be our only NBA player to play at the FIBA Americas, so they have a good chance to make the team. I would say that MAta and Juan Gutierrez are in for sure. Mainoldi deserves to make the team also. And Richotti, Boccia and Torres will have their chances too.

but in this list i saw many veterans - Ricchoti, Boccia, Van Lacke, Mata, Gutierez, Tores.. What their role in this team? Whether they have chances to make the first team?

Its not even a second team really. Coach Lamas wants to test 3-5 players that could Make the team for FIBA Americas, and the rest are young players with potential to take a spot on the NT post Spain 2014. I guess you can say that the reaults are not going to be thhe most important thing for Argentina at the Stankovic Cup.
